Feng Liu, Ph.D., is a statistician and methodologist with a doctorate in Educational Technology/Research & Evaluation Methodology from the University of Florida. His areas of expertise are research analysis, experimental and quasi-experimental studies, research and evaluation methods, experimental design, data analytics, statistical modeling, and survey measurement on program/product development, including research on English Learners. Dr. Liu has conducted data analysis using a variety of advanced methods including multilevel modeling, propensity score matching, comparative interrupted time series, regression, and mixed-design modeling; and provided support on survey measure development using item response theory and structure equation modeling. He has contributed to the dissemination of research findings via peer-reviewed journal publications, national conference presentations, and technical reports.
