Clarissa E. Rosas, Ph.D.

Dr. Rosas is an accomplished bilingual educator with a doctorate in Multicultural Special Education from University of New Mexico and licensed to teach General and Special Education Pre-K – 12th grade; English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL); and School Administration. She has extensive experience in administration, supervision, mentoring and preparing pre-service and in-service educators for teaching careers in general and special education with a focus on evidence-based strategies for inclusive practices. Her expertise includes the development of online and face-to-face innovative programs and curriculum to prepare non-traditional pre-service and in-service teachers to meet the social and educational challenges of culturally and/or linguistically diverse children. Dr. Rosas is the author of The IEP Checklist: Your Guide to Creating Meaningful and Compliant IEPs.
